School of Arts Building - Ann Street - 1989

The young woman walking past the School of Arts building is Carolyn Buchan who commenced work in 1986 at the Tax Office (320 Adelaide Street) as a graduate technical officer. She remained with the Australian Taxation Office for much of her working life.
